PJB J-Box Series

PJB4175

These polymeric, water tight, multi-fixture Junction Boxes are specially designed for pools, pool-spa combinations and landscape applications. The PJB4175 provides safe and reliable connection for up to four lights, while the PJB2175 supports up to two lights. They will accommodate flexible cords from #16-3 up to #12-3 and #10-3 in any combination and non-metallic conduits from 1 ⁄2 to 1 in., including one for supply conductor feed. An optional wall/post mounting bracket is also available.

Water Valve Actuator

Designed with quality in mind, Intermatic’s 24-Volt valve actuators provide reliable control of 2-way and 3-way diverter valves for pool/spa combinations and water features. The water flow can be altered for specific applications through the adjustable cam, which rotates diverter valves to multiple degree settings. The cam settings can be easily adjusted by simply removing the lid. These valve actuators are compatible with all pool/spa valves currently offered in the industry and will retrofit into all pool/spa control systems.

Emergency Switch

The revised Article 680-12 of the National Electrical Code (NEC) now requires the installation of a disconnect switch “...located within sight from all pools, spas...” This Safety Switch is intended for disconnecting electrical equipment from its power source, quickly and safely, in case of emergency. Any person, even if not familiar with the installation or safety procedures, can shut down the connected equipment by simply moving the large red lever to the OFF position. It fits in a single-gang junction box and is rated for outdoor installations.

Air Operated Accessories

The Intermatic Air Operated Accessories are used as part of the Air Switch Kit to control one piece of equipment with an air button. The switches can safely control loads without electricity at the pool, spa, or tub side. For example, a pump, air blower, heater, or light can be turned on or off from the side of the pool without risk of electric shock. The tubing is run from the air button to the air control. When the air button is pushed, a blast of air travels through the tubing and engages the air control.
